The G810 Series enables updating and selection of calibration curves via the Internet, through the unique system created by Gehaka.

Actually the defaults commodities calibrations are 68, but the G810 can accommodate up to 250 scales.
The calibration curves were created at the manufacturer laboratory based on the internationals standard methodologies, issued by ISO, AACC, AOCS and ASABE.
These calibrations are re-evaluated every year considering all types of grains produced in Brazil and also in others countries.
A new algorithm quickly performs the automatic moisture compensation, based on the temperature difference between the sample and the tester.
The G810 calculate all necessary corrections and indicate at the alphanumeric display in the following readings of test sample:
• The sample moisture percentage (%U).
• Approximate sample density (kg/Hl).
• Temperature (ºC or ºF).
After each measurement the G810 generate reports that can be printed or transferred to a system recording of all measurement parameters, such as, sample moisture content; approximate sample specific weight; sample and tester temperatures; date and time; product name; sample weight; tester serial number; firmware, hardware and commodity calibration versions, according to the ISO / GLP and GMP procedures.
